How do I get a D/A?

I have factions and I've brought my Dervish to Kaineng.
I don't have a second profession.
Is the only way to get it, be "Asended" or something..

if so..can you explain how to get Asended..

TKah, first you need to get a second profession - any profession, it doesn't matter which - in Nightfall by doing this quest. If you haven't yet done so, you may need to finish this other quest first.

Then, start doing primary quests through Factions to get to the Profession Changer, who lives in Senji's Corner. You'll need to do the Vizunah Square and Naphui Quarter missions (as well as the quests to get you to those missions) to get there.

The Profession Changer NPC will then let you swap to any Factions secondary (including Assassin and Ritualist) for a 500g fee.

thats the long way, progress with the nightfall story you will get to the quest Hunted completing it makes you ascended
then just go to the isle of balthazar and talk to a profession changer
