Another Needling Shot Build
I personally have a soft spot for needling shot and so this is another build centered around it.
Ra/x. Preferably monk for rez
Attributes:
Wilderness Survival - 15 (11 + 3 + 1)
Expertise - 11 (10 + 1)
Marksmanship - 11 (10 + 1)
Weapons: I personally use the ironwing flatbow, but it is completely up to you, I strongly recommend a flatbow for the spiking capabilities.
Armor - + energy is recommended
Skills:
Quickshot (Elite)
Needling Shot
Distracting Shot
Kindle Arrows
Throw Dirt
Whirling Defense
Troll Ungent
Rez of your choice
The reason why I recommended a flatbow is because of the potential spike involved. First off, use kindle, then fire one shot with the flatbow, and then immediately hit quickshot. If this is done correctly, the arrows will hit the target at almost exactly the sametime, resulting in about a 50 dmg spike. Throw dirt is there in help out your spellcasters should any meleers break your warrior line, and whirling is there for your personal defense. Again, once target is below 50% health, spam needling shot, because of the zealous mod on your bow and your expertise, you will be able to continuously spam needling shot.
Enjoy

11 Expertise is pointless, it avoids all the major breakpoints to sit in the middle, gaining you little excepting a bit more Whirling Defense.
Your spammables are 5 cost skills, you want either 8 expertise or 13 expertise.
I suspect it'd be too pricy without 13 Expertise to really spam stuff, so you likely need to bring the attributes down for the others. If you find your energy is good as is, drop expertise to 8+1 and take either a 12/10 or 11/11 split for the others, gaining a point in Marksmanship for extra arrow damage; this point of marksmanship adds 3.1 average damage to normal arrows.

I agree - I've never been able to run a Quickshot build with less than 13 expertise, which is why people genrally prefer RtW to Kindle, since there is not enough point left to put in WS, unless you lower marksmanship. As always with needling shot, a vamp string, FW and eventually OoV if you feel like bringing an order hero, are much welcome.
I strongly discourage the use of a flatbow with Quickshot builds: Quickshot ignores the refire rate of the bow, making a hornbow the best choice.
Flail is also a really nice skill to have with Quickshot and Needling Shot, since you can keep it up all the time, for no energy.

Actually, since the damage from Needling is a set amount, the 10% AP from a hornbow gives no additional damage, therefore the only difference between a hornbow and a flatbow with Needling is that a Flatbow has longer range.
