Default Build for Shak-Jarin's Sword?

Has anyone found a build to get to Skak-Jarin and kill him. I Have tried a 4 man group and we died before we could get ot him. We had a SS, Tank, Monk and an MM.

I Need a team build for this guy or a solo build for my tank.

Has anyone been able to farm this yet?

Well, if you fought your way there with henchmen, you could probably kill his group then solo him with the GB/Riposte build.

I farmed him several times with my warrior (no drop though) and he's easy. Grenth's balance is tricky because this guy uses final thrust which does alot of damage. Auspcious parry+ripostes works best.

What one of the previous posters said. Kill all the monsters with henches/heroes and flag them off the map until their names turn grey. Then take on Shak Jarin with standard Grenth Balance/Riposte build i.e. Riposte/Deadly Riposte/Grenth Balance....you can put in other skills depending on your mood.....I use gash/final thrust/Healing Signet/Endure Pain. His final thrust is easy to deal with provided you have GB ready to use in which case you do massive amounts of damage to him after he uses final thrust. If GB is not charged, do Endure pain and Heal Signet which should tide you over till the time GB is recharged.

This is obviously not a true solo build but is much faster. And yes, he does drop his sword this way. Gotten 2 off him in 8 runs.

Shak-Jarin is simple. I use the Unlimited Glads defense build with both ripostes. Kill his mob with henchies/heroes then flag them away. He goes down easily. U can also kill the Paragon boss with this build (drops Pehned Voice). The hard boss to kill is the Dervish one (drops Eshekibahs Scythe). He just does too much damage. I've tried the Unlimited Glads build, the G/B whammo, the G/B Riposte build and the Auspicious parry build. I think I may need a pro monk to kill him.
