If so, why run 12 expertise? Its a huge waste just so you can get some mileage out of Tigers Fury...

I don't believe so. If they did, I haven't seen the results. Just last night I was using my R/A, my dagger attacks only cost 2 energy with 13 in expertise.

I've seen this build used very effectively btw. Good pressure, great damage.

Ah i see. I remember them rewording the description to Expertise but didn't read it close enough. Missed the words 'attack skills'.

Seems a bit of a waste having 2 attack skills that mainly just give you health. Dunno which is more useful so swap out the weakest. Crippling Sweep could be useful in a larger team build (AB/TA/HA/GvG) where you can enchant the attackers, basically some sort of Smite build.

Not sure i see the advantage of Wounding Strike over Reapers Sweep in a less organised team. If theres nothing that can enchant you you'll never get the benefit of inflicting a deep wound. Reapers Strike is a +34 damage attack with a deep wound, plus the wound would be covered by Apply Poison. 20% less health/healing is surely more powerful than an extra -3 degen?

Both attack heal skills still do +(more) damage than a usual attack just to let you know.

It would be hard for a R/D to juggle with enchants. The best thing to simply do is have a monk to enchant with RoF from time to time, otherwise it would be even more of a waste to bring an enchantment for yourself as a R/D.
