were to get barrage
I've been trying to find out how to get barrage for my ranger i have phophecies and night fall (started my ranger on nightfall currently 19).
i checked wiki and saw that Commander Kubeh in Arkjok Ward has it but cant find him and I looked everywere  . So if anyone knows were i could get it please tell me .thanks. also sorry if this was posted some were else |

He only spawns there when you have the quest "The Great Escape" active. If you already did that quest, you can't cap it there. Check out www.guildwiki.org for info on the quest.
