Sure thing, here ya go!

Skill one: Why use a scythe? Cause it has the largest range, and you can critical whenever you damn well please. "Go For the Eyes!". Not only does it make the scythe do awesome damage, it also charges up lightning fast due to hitting multiple targets per swing.

Skill two: IAS, staple of most melee builds, I take Soldier's Fury.

Skill three: Increased movement speed, "Lead the Way!" gives you something to fulfill the requirement fo Soldier's Fury, and gives you a mighty find running speed.

Skill four: You need some angry swinging power! We're working with a big IAS already, so lets work even more swings in to charge "GftE!" more. Eremite's attack has an activation time, it should do nicely.

Skill five: We need an attack skill to reliably do extra damage. Irresistable Sweep is the way to go, IMO. Alternatively, pack Mystic Sweep if you want even more angry fast swinging.

Skill six: Whatever floats your boat, I take Natural Temper. however, you need to be hit by an enemy at least once per "GftE!" cycle to profit from it.

Skill seven: Whatever floats your boat, I take Anthem of Flame because I couldn't think of anything better, and I get to set up to three people on fire with one hit.

Skill eight: Sunspear Rebirth Signet/Ressurection Signet.

You want 12+1+3 leadership so that "GftE!" feeds you enough energy to keep spamming your 2-3 attack skills. From there, 12 scythe mastery and 3+1 command.
I haven't tried it with a zealous scythe yet, since I can't get my hands on one, but I'm told it helps out stacks, and it logically would.

There is no class synergy IMO, and by that I mean there's nothing about P/D that would improve they way P or D skills work. One thing you can do is tank.

Take sword or axe, put points in earth prayers, leadership, command.

8+1 command
12+1+3 leadership
10 earth prayers

20% enchanting axe or sword and command shield

Aggressive Refrain
"They're on fire"
Blazing Finale
Armor of Sanctity
"GtfE"
Focused Anger
Veil Of Thorns
Stand your ground!

So basically you tank. 80+10(centurion insignia)+16 shield+24 stand your ground=130 armor. You also have 50% damage reduction from burning foes, 3 sec burning when shout ends, and gtfe every 2 seconds. Also 15 less damage from foes with conditions. So you should be pretty much immune to damage. Veil of thorns is to keep enemies on you. It is easy for casters to break aggro on crippled enemies.

is this more effective then other tanks??? dont see much of these in DOA... and do these skills really synergise..or could another pimary/secondary benefit more?

Well in any place with lots of ranged enemies a tanking build will have a problems. This one works great vs melee enemies.

I also edited my above post. I had written earth prayers twice in attributes, when it was actually leadership.

If you got energy problems, I suggest using Zealous Renewal (doesn't matter if you are not primary Dervish, it adds 1 energy either way. The only thing that improves due to +Mysticism is the damage).
As for Zealous Scythes, they are not great unless you hit more than 1 target due to slow attack speed.
Then again you got IAS skills, but I still suggest Zealous Renewal because:
1. You can use a Sundering Mod (actually worth it now due to AOE =P) or Furious (more adren is win).
2. You can easily replace one of your skills.

Then again, I don't play either class that well, but that's just what I discovered when I played my Dervish - thought Zealous would work wonder due to too much Sinning, but it ends up not doing so well.
