heres my restoration build...dunno if its any good just made it couple of days ago
Mend Body and Soul
Soothing Memories
Spirit Light
Wielders Boon
Spirit Light Weapon
Life
Recuperation
Generous Was Tsungai
Ive only tried this in FA so far, so dont have res. But yea, put down life and recuperation, then put Spirit Light Weapon on any1 that needs it, its only 5 energy and fast recharge, and Wielders boon on that person for extra healing. And all the other skills are healing ones

spirit light weapon is THE shittiest elite the ritulest has, excepting consume soul. it lasts only 10 seconds, bacsicly if your, not standing with your ass on a spirit you get 5 pips of regen, pretty pathetic for an elite, im still tring to figure out what the devs wre thinking when they thought this needed to be made elite

I usually follow this template for either channeling or restoration.
1.) Ash/Item dependant Spell or Independant Spell
2.) Spirit Dependant spell
3.) Spirit Dependant spell
4.) AoE Spell (Channeling) or Weapon Spell (resoration)
5.) Spirit Binding Ritual
6.) Ash/Item Spell or Siphon Spirit
7.) Spirit Channeling or Soul Twisting
8.) Flesh of my Flesh

Sorry i guess i was a bit harsh on the weapon. But even so i would really really suggest a E-managment elite from the mesmer lines such as E-drain or mantra of recall (i personally like recall the most)
ONe interesting build (If you have space to create a PvP char)
is this
1mend body and soul
2renewing memories
3weilders boon
4resiliant weapon
5Spirit transfer
6Recuperation
7Mantra of recall
8res sig/ FomF
Gear, +15 whjile under affects of a weapon spell, weapon +5+5 armor staff.
brings you to 85 armor while not under a condition
when under a condistion you have 109 armor and 6-9 regen (depending on wether recuperation is up) the big armor amount + regen alows you to tank whatever the enemy team can throw at you while letting you have energy to send high hitpoint heals your teamamtes way. Works alost like prot spirit for elemental dmg. ALso resilaint weapon has a quick cooldown. you can give an assn the ability to survive in RA quite easily.

Fort Aspenwood/Alliance Battles
Attuned Was Songkai
Recuperation
Spirit Light
Soothing Memories
Mend Body and Soul
Wielder's Boon
Weapon of Warding
Resilient Weapon
PvE Restoration
Attuned Was Songkai
Recuperation
Spirit Light
Soothing Memories
Mend Body and Soul
Weapon of Warding
Ghostly Haste/Wielders Boon/Resilient Weapon/Monk Hex Removal (depends on the area)
Flesh of my Flesh
I run 16 Restoration and 13 Spawning, full Halcyon's armor for energy. I use a standard 20/20 restoration staff but I only use it when no one's in any danger and it's good to pitch in. I'm holding the Attuned ashes majority of the time so I tend to go into battle empty handed to start. That way I don't goof up with my energy, thinking that I have 5 energy left, switching to Attuned, and then waiting for negative energy to regen because my 5 energy was due to my + energy weapon set.
I tend to hit up 'sins with Weapon of Warding instead of Resilient Weapon when they're in trouble - if they have a condition, I like to get it off them because a blind assassins' useless - and spam the Wielder's Boon on them, so they're getting that (3 energy cost) +142 Boon spammed on them while they have the +4 regen and a 50% chance to block.

As a general rule, i save warding for the lower armour party members (Monks, Elementalists...) and use resilient weapon on the higher armoured guys (i.e. Warriors, Rangers).

I really like the resiliant weapon/recuperation combo. +9 regen and 24 armor very very good at keeping people alive. I dont like weapon of warding because of the long cast time (wheee someone inturupt me!) I have alot of problems with a blocking spell having a very interruptible cast time.
REsiliant weapon is my favorite atm for healing. VEngful weapon is quite good but infortuantly i need to have the protection resiliant offers. TO be honest i NEVER take 2 weapons because of how they override.

This is a nice channeling build..... kicks ass!
Rt/Mo
Pain
Bloodsong
Union (very important... cast again as soon as it dies)
Displacement (same as Shadowsong)
Shelter (same as Shadowsong as Displacement)
Doom
Explosive Growth
Rupture Soul
Basically, you cast explosive growth at the beginning and then
create a lot of spirits. Then you cast doom, and then kill each spirit,
dishing out loads of damage to each foe around you. You need a good healer tho =)
Also, since displacement might die before you can kill it, try spirit boon strike for a good heal while dealing damage.
NO ELITE! =P
No rez either....

What would you say to take out to bring in a Ressurection item?
