Hi guys
Im just about to get my fow armor(finally!) and am going to dye it all black, accompanying this will be my black cape and pref a good black bow. Any ideas what bows are black in colour and look good. Also the fact that u cant dye greens and golds narrows it down

. A list of black bows would be ideal but understand if u cant be arsed, thanks for your time

If you're looking for a good looking black bow to match FoW armor I would suggest the following:

Dead Bow - You can add black dye to this, but it won't make a huge difference. Nundak's Recurve is also a good less expensive alternative to this.

Horn Bow ("flesh" skin) - these can be almost completely dyed and while I've never seen one dyed black, I'm pretty sure it would look good. (http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Hornbow)

Storm Bow - It's not black, but it looks good with fissure and it's the best looking choice if you want a longbow style bow.

Elswyth's Long bow or Elswyth's Recurve - Both of these have the Shadow Bow skin which is a nice looking black bow

Shadow Bow - see above

Drago's Flatbow - This isn't black either, but it's one of the best looking Flatbows available.

Swiftscale's Shortbow - Technically this is a green bow, but it's the best looking shortbow imho.

Ironwing Longbow/Flatbow would match the FoW attitude... It's kinda dark and broody, and you can dye the handle.

Yep, horn bow does look nice when dyed black. But the ironwing longbow fits with the FoW armor appereance.

Elswyth's is a black one.....looks spooky too, i got it in my 'golf bag' of bows

i'd go with a fleshy, though a mursaat hornbow may look nice dyed black, but i've never seen it died black. sure you could find a dye chart though.

I dont think the Mursaat skin dyes.

Guildwiki says only the Fleshy skin dyes normally :\

I heard Grinning Recurves dye nicely though.
