Sorry if this is the wrong area to post

I've been playing GW off and on almost since the first few weeks of relese.I'm huge on PvP and came from a long MMO pvp'ing history so I naturally loved the game.I'm finding myself behind by not getting Factions when it was released ( I took a break from the game ) So I'm missin out on the new classes and skills.

I don't really care for PvE that much ecept to better my PvP.Armor/Weapons/Skills ect.So my question is, is there a way to get the Faction Skills without actually buying Factions? Can you buy them from a certin Priest? or anything?

I doubt you can but I heard from someone it was possible so I have to ask.If not I guess I'll buy Factions anyway for the Rit/Assassin and such.Thanks in advance..

The simple answer is no. You cannot purchase skills from one campaign if you don't have that campaign. If you could, people who have Factions only would be able to buy Prophecies skills. This cannot happen.

So, you must buy Factions to get Faction only skills, and Prophecies for Prophecies only skills. Similarily, you can only get Night Fall only skills, if you have Night Fall.

The reason is simply because your computer does not have the access keys to give you access to skills that are for another product. Factions is not an add-on, its a complete game onto itself, so you must purchase Factions in order to get access to the Assassin, the Ritualist, the armor, the weapons, and skills associated with Factions.

However with the nightfall release ANET may be selling skill packs from the online shop. This would allow you to get all the skills you are missing out on but only for PVP.
