Superior runes are fine. Bring a hat and hp armor swaps for spike teams and DP. You should be getting +60 HP on your defensive swap anyway, so you'll have the same 515hp that warriors do, or 550 in hp armor.

EDBP: rof, guardian, draw/mendc, ps, ihex, cop, boon, edrain (15/11/10)
Infuser: sb, infuse, touch, seed, kiss, ihex, channeling, blessed aura (16df/12/6)
Blight (/Me): blight, gift, rof, draw/mendc, ps/sbond, ihex, rhex/breaker/drain ench, pdrain (16/9/9/7)
Blight (/A): blight, gift, rof, draw/mend, ps/sbond, sod, return, dark escape (16/10/10/3)
WoH: woh, orison, kiss, seed, party, veil, ihex, channeling (16/10/9)
RC: RC, rof, guardian, ps, aegis, veil, ihex, channeling (16/10/9)
Notes:
- SB/Infuse is max divine, not healing
- BPs should hat swap for casting boon, don't leave the superior on.
- ihex can be replaced with drain ench in most builds.
- ps vs. bond: depends on team. between your monks you should have at least one copy of each.
- draw vs. mendc: draw is 1/2s faster, pulls all conditions rather than just one, and heals you instead of them. depends on team.
