Opinion on Flashing Blades
Personally I think flashing blades should be just a skill and not elite. Sins need the help for defense, and it could change a lot of opinions of the class. My reasoning is when you compare the skill to Whirling defense. A ranger gets 75% chance to block for 8-18 seconds they don’t even have to be attacking this is just a skill. Flashing Blades gets a 50% chance to block an attack while attacking for 5-17 seconds and it is an elite. I understand the big advantage is you can keep flashing blades up almost continually, but they could offset this by increasing the recharge time. But in my own opinion I do not think it should use the coveted elite spot.
Any opinions? |

Whirling Defences cannot be kept up permanently.
Dryders Defences cannot be kept up permanently. Dodge/Zojuns Haste you can't attack. As we all know 50% chance means jack shit in this game as proved by missing 100s of times in a row from Blurred Vision. This gives you plenty of anti-attack potential and 0 anti-cast potential, just like Whirling/Dryders/Dodge/Zojuns. Anything that has no drawbacks and can be kept up permanently as an evasive stance is better than a normal skill, just look at Distortion. |

to the OP:
Just try the skill. From what you say about it, youve never tried it. To Evilsod: Perma-FB is awesome against mass-mobs, and was the only reason I was able to clear Raisu Palace without being a 60 DP sin (I had 10 DP at one point, that was the highest) |
