Monk/Ritualists, anyone?
Or Ri/Mos, I suppose. I know the upper end of that healing scale is quite a bit. I'm thinking this skill will see plenty of use. Ritualist healers already have a couple spirits to use, so that negates the health sacrifice. A four second recharge isn't too bad, either, with other healing skills.
This will probably be a staple of rit healers.

It's a weak Heal Other or an overpriced Healing Touch, with a condition thrown on just to be annoying. The only good thing about it is that it can target yourself or an ally. :/

Remember - All Ritualist skills here are only giving the base heal.
This heal gets up to over 100 healing per cast (like 120 I think).

I'm well aware of how much it heals for with a proper attribute. It's still weaker than Heal Other and more expensive than Healing Touch.

Heal Other is other allies only, and Healing Touch is only for Touch range making it only good for self heals.
This can do both jobs well (though not totally on cabilbur with any of these two).
Hmm..Carry Heal Other to heal you, and Touch to heal myself, or just use 1 slot and carry this to do both..Though not quite as well...Its a personal choice.

Yes, you may recall I mentioned that point in my first post here...

The idea of making a healing monk without Healing Touch is kind of confusing me, but ok... even given that choice, I'd rather take Orison of Healing. Cast it twice and you get substantially more healing than Spirit Light* for the same energy cost, and no chance of losing health. Granted, you have to spend more time casting, but you also have less worry about overhealing and whatnot.
* Counting the Divine Favor bonus, of course.

I like this skill 100x more now that energy cost has been decreased to 5. Just make sure there's a spirit in the area (I assume it doesn't even have to be allies spirit) and you're good to go.
