iam trying to come up with a build for mostly PvP but some PvE. I'll go with eather W/N or W/monk. All I have is factions skills(dont have prophs). The weapon I prefer to use is the shiro sword. A list of a few skills to use would be great. thanks.

For sword.. I'm not sure that you won't be looked down upon in PvP, if nothing else, just because you don't have Eviscerate.

Now, when you say PvP, are you talking about random arenas, competitive arenas, AB, or guild vs guild?
Each one will work better with a different build.
I haven't played too much with swords, but from what I hear, Dragon Slash is quiet a powerful elite. People usually chain it with Silverwing/Sun and Moon/Galrath, for lots of +42s.

I think you'll have to get more specific if you're looking for more detailed information.

Sever Artery will most likely just cause a condition that will get passed back to you, and end up wasting your energy.

The skill doesn't do damage, and I see no reason to carry it unless you have gash.

Dragonslash and Silverwing are nice, but they depend on adrenaline, which you will be losing with Final Thrust. That means you would have to rebuild up another 8 hits before you can pull them off again.

You also have no IAS or way of dealing with kiters.
I would also drop Tactics down to 9, and raise Strength to 11, that's just personal preference.

Most people would probably say to drop Endure Pain and Healing Signet, but I won't get into that arguement. It's up to you, but hopefully what I've said above will give you something to think about.

Thanks for the info, whats IAS and whats kiters? One thing that bothers me is that I have to have tactics attribute high because healing signet depends on it, in fact the only thing i use that uses tactics is healing signet, otherwise I would drop tactics all the way down and put my points into a necro attribute like blood magic or something. But if I did that then healing sig would be almost useless without any attribute points, and I need healing sig to heal me, what other way would I have to heal?

I already beat the game, and I did it as a W/N, my question wasnt about passing the game it was about a good skill list for a W/N in AB's and in-guild matches, I was kinda thinking about W/Monk too, but plague touch is such a value to me.

Attributes are pretty much up to you, but the skills from your secondary are non attribute skills making them effective 100% no matter what.

I'm not sure about in AB, but in GvG you have monks on your team that you had *better* trust, I think you can easily drop healing sig there, unless you're trying to solo gank as a w/a or something.

An IAS is an Increase Attack Speed skill. Examples are frenzy, flurry, beserker stance, tiger stance, etc.

As far as using a sword warrior in pvp without prophecies, you might look into replaceing Galrath Slash with Standing Slash or Lion Slash (Nightfall skill). The damage is similair on both skills.
You might also like Jaizhenju Strike, but this skill is energy dependant, as opposed to adrenaline, like the other skills.

Attribute wise, it's almost never that you see a warrior in pvp with less than 16 in their weapon. I would advise that you follow that trend. As sgtclarity pointed out, the secondary skills that you use will, (most of the time), have little to do with how many points you put into them. This frees up more points for your weapon and strength, which is going to get you more damage.

It looks like w/monk would be good since i only have factions, it has a good monk (Empathic Removal) skill that I can use to replace plague touch. then grab a healing skill to go with it

Been looking for a build myself tryed this out, works well with my W/N
i just put strength/swordsmanship or strength/axe mastery on max

For PvE I'd go:

Sword (16)
Tactics (10-12)
Strength (7-10)

Flurry
Standing Slash
Silverwing Slash
Sun and Moon Slash
Dragon Slash (e)
Watch Yourself!
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet

No secondary necessary, this build has nice survivability and impressive DPS with chaining of Dragon Slash while your other skills have little to no adrenaline stored, followed by your attacks. I'm not really sure if Sun and Moon would be better replaced by Galrath, but you only have factions so meh. XD
