Default The Stonereaper farm - make it kills itself

need monk skills (either as primary or secondary)

skills:
Scourge Sacrifice (boost ur smiting skill to make it more than 10 seconds)
2 or 3 hex removers
1 or 2 healing skills
purge condition
1 running skill

starting from Altrumm Ruins, go out to Aborstone
take the path on the very left and u will meet a group of wardens
run through them (for me, i bring charge and balance stance) and use purge condition when u get crippled, then put on ur running skill to get rid of them

now u will see the boss (Craw Stonereap), just rush to it and it will start putting parasic bond and suffering on u

nevermind that and keep yourself degen till nearly 1/2 of your hp, now start casting scourge sacrifice on it

after you reach 1/2 hp, it will start casting defile flesh (40% sacrifice), now start remove the curse so u can heal yourself effectively (but dun heal more than 1/2 your hp)

soon it will start casting lingering curse (20% sacrifice) and defile flesh again...and tada! it kills itself and good luck with your drops

Cripes, thats awesome. To make it 'easier', you can hide around the corner so the wandings dont hit you.

Got it! 1/22 >< Doesn't matter... those 22 runs got me 3 gold scrolls, and only took about an hour.

Hide behind the left-side door so his wandings cant hit you

Makes it TONS easier sicne you don't have to worry about healing anything but the degen

I had the same problem with my mo/w. I tried using guardian to avoid some of his attacks, but wasn't efficient. I also tried hidding behind the pillars, but his attacks were passing through

Anyway, I changed some skills and most efforts are successful now (although I get killed once every 3 runs or so). The skills I use are Healing Touch, Remove Hex, Holy Veil, Contemplation of Purity, Purge Conditions, Scourge Sacrifice, Balanced Stance, and Sprint. Follow Mister O's instructions, but use holy veil and cop as often as you can so you can remove 2 hexes at once and heal yourself a little. It is a bit tendious, but doable. After 20 runs, I finally got its staff.
I will definitely try to hide behind the door, as liquid suggests, and see if that works.

Good luck

Thumbs down Um Yeah

Um yeah i tried this and it doesnt work for me. You need to tell what the attributes are. Also the 3 hexes you used remove hex, purge condtion, and smite hex none of them didnt even work for me...so what is the point of bringing them???

I was wondering for farming this enemy would a touch ranger be able to work? I haven't heard if it could, but if not I am thinking I could bring my monk with full health and use like SoJ along with the scourge sacrifice in place of the warrior.

its very touch ranger-able.

What you do:
Hit a stance like whirling and run into the warden bunch, trip all the traps in the area if you can, turn around and PTouch the cripple off you, and hit Dodge to run from the group. Then when your health is A ok, go at stone reaper.

11 times I've killed him. Best drop has been a purple....

EDIT: Got it on the 13th kill

Just curious does he have plague touch by any chance? Or the other send conditions back, wondering if throw dirt would help for a while.
