Running healing spells on a Ranger turns out pretty ineffectual. Still either /Mo or /W are decent choices. /Mo for a renewable Rez spell, and /W for Increased Attack Speed stances.

Stick to /Mo, if you really want to hit people with Swords, make a Warrior

Yes, Stick with R/Mo. Being a ranged class, having a perma-rez will be nifty when the dead yell REZ PLS.

You can, in theory, heal yourself and teammates as a R/W. Healing Springs is a great trap that heals in an area (a small area). Troll Ungent and Healing Signet are great self heals.

I'm currently a R/Mo and let me say monking as a R/Mo is not viable. I've tried because we were 2 warriors, 1 necro and me. Yup, only a group of 4 doing Last Days Dawn. Lol, we got to the 3 group of Titans before we bit it. I did my best, even the group thought what I did was great. Low energy (even equiped with +12 healing anhk) wasn't enough (3 pips of regen didn't help much). I eventually did it and Titan's Source.

Trust me, with a sword, axe, hammer, or bow, you do not have enough energy to be a group healer. Support Healers should be left to those who are not in the front lines, nor to those who do not have a natural regen of 4 pips.

R/W doesn't have to be more offensive. Stuff like "Watch Yourself!", "Shields Up!", Healing Signet work well with a bow.

Have to agree here a r/w can be defensive aswell hitting people from a distance and giving your backline +20 armor is nifty. "Sheilds Up" is great +50 armor vs peircing (very few warrior weapons do peircing) and 50% block which is very good against rangers (who deal peircing unless they have an elemental string).

R/W can have its advantages, but I choose R/Mo for the Hard Rez.
