Default What's your favorite rotscale build?

After running many, many, many, many, times with a PUG, most groups suck! After about 50 runs to rotscale only 2 groups I have been with have been able to kill rotscale. I tank and block rotscale from moving around and rarely die. That is on count of the monks and the build I use.

So I was wondering with all the bad PUG's for Rotscale farmin lately that perhaps an updated build discussion is needed.

Here is what I use.
I don't recall the axe I use but I will check and edit this post.

The idea behind my build is to stay alive instead of doing more damage. Blocking and tanking Rot I feel is more important then doing damage. Rot's HP is so high it doesn't make a difference how fast or how much damage you do. The point is to stay alive and if I dump all my skills into damage I will die pretty fast.
