Some comments...

Is Flare all that useful? I'd pick Immolate over Flare.

Meteor Shower can only be used once per minute, which is probably once per fight unless a 1/2 recharge triggers. Usually you see an echo or renewal being used with it to keep it usable. Is it worth it?

The golem should be level 18 at 10 Death. They are nice that they leave a corpse but they do attack slow and degen so are not really all that great of an elite - but what else is an MM to use? An elementalist has many more options, like Glyph of Renewal to keep Meteor Shower in play.

Plus in general an MM wants to make use of all corpses and not fight another player for them. If you both cast and there's only one corpse one of you has just wasted time + energy in a failed animate.

How about curses to enhance elementalist spells? Weakness + Stoning (knockdown), Spinal Shivers + cold attacks (interrupt)?

Synergy? Now, that I can understand. I can't argue with a request for synergy in a build, or energy management. However, you may be one of the only people who has asked about a replacing action for a solid and valid reason,Rancour. I appreciate that.

On the note of comments,I have no issue about opinions being stated, but to say that it is useless or ridiculous to use the Golem is pure nonsense IMO. Once again, that is an opinion. Everyone has an opinion, but has anyone factually proven that using the Golem by a non primary necro is useless or ridiculous yet? Not to my knowledge.

Has anyone ever been body blocked by a Golem and then hit with MS, only to be further assaulted by Rodgarts?

If your answer is yes, then you can understand my build abit better for that experience. If no, then let's continue on a new train of thought please.

Damage issues are non existent. I have used the Golem as a means to intercept incoming opponents, as well as to add to the MS damage while MS kd's that same opponent. That kd and the Golem's blocking gives me enough time to cast Rodgarts(Unless a Ranger or mesmer is involved, then that can be a bit ugly for the combo).

This may not be what others think of as damage, but plenty a warrior and groups have died from it so far. So, what other damage based builds using both professions in question can someone come up with, that work in practical play.

And please, no comments about people dying from that must be noobs, because it isn't called for. It's not a tombs build, or a GvG build, it's a TA/AB/PvE type build. RA is to random for this.

The main problem I see with the Flesh Golem is that you are taking bodies from the MM. The reason why that is so bad is because that's all an MM can really do. MM. They may have one or 2 non-MM related skills(maybe for damage or conditions), but they still need the bodies to function effectively. An MM without bodies just stands there. I know because I have been in that situation.

It may be just one body that you use, but how many enemies do you usually fight? It really depends where you are, but usually it's only about 6-7 enemies, if even that. Even with more enemies MM's can still be in hot water because minnions are a bit fragile (the degen can get pretty bad). They need all the bodies they can get.

As Intent said: "...if the build is not team friendly then different is no more then hurting your team for the sake of saying "this is not a cookie cutter build""

If you're henching everything, then still build may work. Just don't bring Su the Vile Henchman, she'll keep blowing up your corpses

IMHO, in my earlier days, I would've picked this build up and ran with it. Would've thought you were genius. My earlier days weren't too long ago (I think I got this this January) because I said "wow, that's kinda cool" lol. Then, I thought about it more and changed my mind, but knowing me, I will probably give it a go. Just to be fair.
