I have 2 healing headsets.
One +1 healing + minor healing. One +1 healing + superior healing.
Also have a +1DF/minor healing (when I run a split DF/Healing build).
It's all about available cash and preference for PvE.
If you know how to stay out of aggro and have the cash, you can take a superior.
If you are somewhat inexperienced, go for a healing / DF scalp with minor healing.
Major healing is also an option if you want more healing, but don't have the cash for superior yet.
I would not be surpriced if major is cheaper than minor. And major Vigor counters the loss of health.

It's good you put your Vigor rune in the chest; since chest and legs are most expensive, you want your staple runes in those slots. Runes you think you want want a major/superior swap for can go on the head, arms, or feet.
You still want to use one of each rune, because the rune bonus will stack with the bonus from your scalp. You can use a sup or major for your primary attribute if you want, but it's not necessary and I don't use it.

Really depends on your skin color. For black monks (like mine), gold, silver, red, and lime green tats all look good. For white monks, black, red, aqua, and dark blue look good. You can really use any color you want, but these combinations seem to give a nice contrast. My monk uses gold tats for farming and they look pretty awesome.
