As the air ele goes, it is stumped by two downwardly spiralling problems.

1) The air line is made to primarily attack single opponents.
2) Though it works well in PvP spike scenarios, it isn't really for high level farming.

I love the air line of Magic, but it is dwarfed in the wake of fire in PvE and Earth to a degree in farming builds.

I have a Mo/E the used whirlwind+aftershock in 55 build. I have used Earthquake+Aftershock in PvE, but air isn't built for faqrming builds,I'm sorry to say, IMHO.

However, if you want an air ele PvE build,I'll give you a suggesstion. 1 that I like.

Air 16, Energy 10= basics of the build. Secondary professions will dictate what else you will be using.

Lightning Orb, Enervating Charge,Lightning Strike,Aura Of Restoration Air attunment= the basics in most air builds. The spike is your salvation in most air builds.

Some may talk about Lightning Hammer, but I don't think it's worth its salt. It does the same thing as Orb, but it can't be dodged and cost 10 points of energy more. Not worth it when an ele hits crunch time. That is just the beginning of a build, so maybe others will add more to help.

Darkpower is right on pretty much everything he said IMO, in order to reach air's potential in PvE you need to be able to run through your spike chain very fast, and in order to do that you really gotta run dual attune, which means Air Attunement, and Elemental attunemen t, which is easily capped in Cantha (undercity)

Thar's my 2 cents

Not true. Ether prodigy allows for quite a bit of air chaining, and gives enough base energy gain to esaliy through in a blinding flash or two.

A stereotypical Air ele would usually be a spiker-like character, or (my preferred) something resembling a GvG Air flagrunner.

Wiki is your friend. And earth is awesome for farming, I'm going to try to get a sunreach now that the ladder is locked and nightfall isn't out yet.
