Shield of Judgment will kill them, as i posted above, backfire will make it work faster. the monk with SB uses SB to stop them from casting & healing during sojs and backfires recharge, that should stop them. just remember to cancel holy wrath (maybe the other one as well, the smite one, forgot name :x if that isnt too fast with the energy, but blessed SHOULD do the job, really, it should:P) so you get energy for the spells again.
another edit:
if this didnt help, feel free to whisper me IGN (name over there <<<), say that you are from guru and ill try to help personally. (can explain in german as well =p)

SoJ was the one skill we was missing at the time and guessed this is what would take them down. We cleared the Smites and Aatxe's no problem but had to dodge the coldies. Other than that this is a good solid setup and much easier than a 55 to tank. Good work.

I've did both the holy smiter and ss necro several times now, but I still find SS necro is much faster and more efficient. holy smiter can maybe outdamage 1 SS (41 or 37 damage), but when a necro puts 2 ss (or even more) on aatxes, SS will do a lot more damage then holy wrath + retribution, not to mention putting other skills on them like recklesss hate, descrate enchants etc.
But the spirit bond monk still is nicer than 55 in tanking melee guys.
Btw, did u guys complete the ice king quest (where terrorwebs spawn in waves of 4*6 )?

Ive tried this a few times now, however I have difficulty with killing ele's, ie, Im severely limited as to which quests can be done (only done the soul escort thing)...
have u guys worked up a decent way to say, do the servents of grenth quest?
its a nice build, definately easier to use and probably faster on typical smite runs, however 55/ss does have more flexibility with quests (not saying its easy, its hard, yet doable)

Quests......
Well we havent done much quests yet in UW, and with the festival now, were not much in UW........ so for what i know that u can clear most of the UW with our build. Chaos Planes, Twin Serpent Mountains.. and so on.
Escort the Souls = sertainly doable, its even easy.......
Only Wrath of Spirits will not work here........ so Spider runs can only be done by a 55 with ss sv
Ice King Quest = still not tryed....... so we have much work 2 do

We tried Ice King last night. I had to keep moving though since at one point had at least 10 meteor showers upon me. I lost agro and they went after the other monk. I tried to chase it to make sure i could PS the other monk. New Terrorweb Dryders spawned though and ran off towards the Ice King. Game over.
Killing spell casters is alot slower than an SS. But melee type fighters die quicker. It's nice to be able to tank lots of mobs at once. Clearing the chamber at the second part I try to agro as many melee type mobs at once.

Yes!, becuz the aggro u can have is unlimited, u can aggro any number of mobs in the area, this is so great about this build. a 55 build has 2 recast 2 gain hp from DF wich i dont.........
But still indeed ]SK[ u are right about the spellcasters taking longer then ss:S

this is how me and my friend do it (it goes WAY faster than all the other builds especially 55. we did abt 20 full runs in a couple hrs)
Mo/Me
spirit bond
ps
spell breaker
elemental resistance
power drain
essence bond
balthizar spirit
rez
Mo/Me
holy wrath
retribution
life attunement
Vital Blessing
Signet of Judgement
Blessed Sig
Free
Rebirth
with an exp or semi compitent dual sber u can aggro the entire first chamber with the squids and live and get all the smites with two aggros. (u need two to avoid coldfire aggro)

first of all, exile is my hero, we too you idea for a dual monk build and did a lot with it (we'll post our results soon) i would like to make a suggestion to this build, however, since the original build had the tank use balth spirit and the smiter with an extra skill, i might suggest that the smiter take balth spirit and the tank take a rez. I would also like to draw attention to someting i noticed while using the tanking build. For one reason or another, if you have less than 610 hp and you have ps and spirit bond up, you'll still get healed, I believe that this is due to a sort-of order of operations thing in which the game calculates the damage for spirit bond before reducing it from ps, I'm sorry if any of these things have already been posted, it's late at night, and this thread has gotten pretty long
