Default New Super Lazy Immortal Monk

Right this monk is stupid easy, just quick build you all can work out details, SB obviously and Stoneflesh Aura, stone flesh -25 damage!! Now you can have 250 health max armor and take 0 damage every hit but only need to cast the spells every 17 seconds, take the two energy and wow is it easy. Drop in stone daggers and nuke those mellee chars when they try running.
Will put on full build when i have a minute but just wanted to put it down for your ideas!
Have fun lazy monking is here!!!

I think I know what he is trying to say...It's somthing with spirit bond...well I hope he knows its nerfed by A-Nerf, I think this would work well with PS + SoA

Order matters here, though. You need to have a enchanting mod to have a long enough prot spirit and stoneflesh aura to stay alive and you need to always have stoneflesh aura above prot spirit or else you will take damage.

Why do you need spirit bond if you're taking 0 damage?

And I think he meant PS not SB, PS will take the dmg down to 25dmg and stoneflesh aura will take it to 0 same concept as SoA.

I've been testing out stoneflesh aura build, the only flaws about stoneflesh aura is that armor penetrating strike will go through it, and most high lvl melee mobs have armor penetrating strike.
Another flaws is that 2 sec cast time for stoneflesh aura <-- easy interrupt then you can to cash glyph of concentration before it.

if going mo/e it's still better to use SoA.

I tested it with my own build, I can farm jade brotherhood mobs and the bosses like ghial, orosen, lian, shen, with the silver armor. I can kill scar eater with this build too.

Hi again, sorry i was rushing out but wanted to throw this idea out there so people can have a think. Firstly this was never meant to be a guide so please domnt ask im not one of those people who is any good at that sort of thing. Secondly sorry again yes your right it was meant to be PS not SB dohhhh....
The reason why i liked this build is that you didnt need the one that lengthens your enchant so you dont need divine favor hence you have a lot of spare attrib points. ie 100 this means that you can modify to suit.
For the interupts just cast glyph of concentration and you two main spells can never be stopped. Its good as you can use theoretically 250 health with max armor meaning you can take a hit without dying giving you that vital second to recast your enchants if someone knocks em off. You also only need the two spells that give you energy giving you 2 regen on energy if you want. i always cast heal breeze to get over degen with the farming, so if a hit gets thru then no problem however so far i have not seen one get thru. The thing i like most is that you can basically have a build that has earth at lvl 12 meaning bring the two stone daggers one ie 25 damage times 2, knock down with SOJ then when they run shoot em with the daggers 50 damage or so and only 1 second to cast with no recharge i think is good lol.
And to the monkey who said what kind of guide is this, well it isnt! if you want to sit there and criticise then try to think of something new yourself rather than coming here to flame others, seriously mate if you cant think of anything good to say then say nothing, as they say its better to keep your mouth shut and let people think your an idiot than to open it and confirm all doubts.
To the guy who pointed out this isnt a guide and corrected me, thnx mate its people like you who help with these ideas and allow the build to move forward that makes it fun. That was the idea of this thread, to come up with something a bit different, this allows you to do damage and a lot of when they run and in my opinion is good.
And again to the guy who siad and he dosnt tell you where to farm! seriously mate if you need help with that then dont even bother coming here theres three games now pick anyone of the spots the place i farm in two runs i got a black dye, major vigor and about 15k of crap runes ohh and two golds, unfortunatly this was a lucky run lol normally its crap like the rest of the places, but hell if your like me the fun is in the doing not the getting.
See ya all and have fun

Nice idea, too bad you didnt work it out very well. But that might just be lazy from our side. But we like being lazy, dont we?

So the skills would be at least:
Protective Spirit
Stoneflesh Aura
(SoJ or Sliver for killing)
(energy maintaining skills)
Divine Aura
Mending

Looking forward to full guides on killing bosses from ppl, with screenshots preferably. Just make sure some credits go to darrengordon for the idea that triggered it.

Prot Spirit
Stoneflesh Aura
Essence Bond
Balthazar's Spirit
Healing Breeze
Shield of Judgment
Stone Daggers
Aftershock

^something like that id guess. i didnt really read the whole thread because his last post hurt my eyes badly.

first two for taking no damage, second for gaining energy, fifth to counter degen, last three to deal damage, maybe throw in an attunement or something, i really got no clue.

In his previous post he said he didnt use divine favor at all, so no divine aura. My version would be something like this:

PS
HB
Stoneflesh aura
Balthazars spirit
Essence Bond
Sliver Armor / Aftershock (depending on bosses or mob)
Shockwave / Soj / Sandstorm / Glyph of Renewal (depending on mob type or boss)
Stone Daggers / Deep Freeze (snare to counter runners) / mending

As he said, the basics are PS + StoneFlesh + some kind of healing + 20% enchanting weapon. Do whatever you like. Its just like the 55 platform, its adaptable for faming mobs / bosses / standard tanking. Its just the tank part that stays the same, be creative use your head, don't just copy builds.

ok, for those who can't come up with a build with PS and Stoneflesh, here's a build I used to farm scar eater, dragon moss, and kirin for e/mo
PS
Stoneflesh
SoA
Shockwave {e}
silver armor
watchful spirit
balt spirit
aura of restoration (do not need this if you are mo/e)

weapon set 1- rajazan fervor/totem axe and earth scroll +15/-1 collector item
weapon set 2 - galigord stone staff

the reason I use watchful spirit is that I don't need to put in any attb on healing just max out on prot and earth and some energy storage.

you need PS and stoneflesh up all the time, if you can see that you receiving armor penetrating attack from dragon moss arc lightning, cast SoA to neutralize that and you should heals up when SoJ is up.

those kirin will runaway when their health goes low, and shockwave will kills them before they can run.

I'm using galigord staff because of the 20% recharge of all spells.

now there're other places (e.g jade bro mobs)that you can use this build but need some minor mod on skillset and I believe all farmers should have the knowledge to equip the right skillset.

Hi there all, sorry for the poor explanation, i have been away and only returned to see thread today, you all got the build i use pretty much and yeah i have found some monsters today that seem to cause damage too guess its as you stated the armor pen. Works great where i tried it out but i think i was doubly lucky as all chars seem to be weak on earth damage too!

Thanks for all your comments Mokane, Guild, Rebel, Kess etc its good to see that some people still think and not just leach off others. Farming greens at the mo, dual ech trapp can drop the rockspear boss in 46 seconds from leaving town and its selling quite well for some stragne reason!
Have fun guys, i often come up with ideas and it would be cool to have a place with intenligent people like you who dont just flame and can figure things out by them selves.

Ain't divine aura the thing that glows around your hands if you have bought collector's edition?

Yeah, I think he meant Blessed Aura and it only works on monk enchantment spells.
