I'm a little confused as to your goal with this build. It seems like you are trying to get a minion or two up and then use them to cause mass condition spread/ target fragility spiking with the Shambling Horrors as a catalyst. If so, this build has a good premise, but I see a few major problems with it.
The first of which is your use of fragility with Virulence. A fragility spike condition causing build requires that you have low levels of death magic instead of high levels of death magic so that the conditons end faster triggering fragility. Using it as an MM means that you will have high levels of death magic, which greatly limits the power that fragility has. Now in condition spreading it proves much more effective than in fragility spiking, as the conditons last a good deal of time an epidemic can spread them quickly. So in essence I would say lose fragility.
Second, the sole use of shambling horrors is probably not in your best interest, as they are minions with a fairly high recharge time. In place of fragility, I would suggest putting bone horrors, or fiends in their place to help build your minion flow. Once you have an effective army rolling, you can then begin to raise Shambling horrors, and use the bone horrors that remain as you do this for Feast for the undead and maintain proper healing.
Now the previous considered, I'm going to go blasphemous and say lose BotM. With the use of FfD, and that in effect creating your shambling horrors, I don't believe you will need BotM in addition to sustain your minions. I would put signet of lost souls in it's place for minor energy and health management, considering you have such low soul reaping.
