I can't wait to get Olias and try this out!
EDIT: You talk about Endure Pain being very useful for a quick boost in health, but wouldn't signet of stamina be more useful since it lasts forever?

I've found Olias to be extremely efficient with Jagged Bones as his Elite judging by the amount of Jagged Horrors popping up soon as a minion dies.
Certainly worth using IMO as he can keep a reasonable army up between battles/during missions without a steady flow of corpses instead of trying to keep a weakened bunch of dying minions going.

.......I've seen warriors get bashed in local chat convos in every single town I've ever been.
The problem is that warrior has no defensive skills. Either you're making stuff up, leaving out tidbits (IE: is Olias's minions doing the tanking?) or you need to share these amazing hero monk builds you have (I saw your other thread about having problems with them!).
I equipped myself and Koss with "Watch Yourself!" and Soldier's Defense along with a couple of +45/-2 stance shields and we've been cruising through NF like we're the law.

Warrior needing defencive skills is wammo thinking, sorry. Me and Koss basically run the same build (much like this one, just modified for even higher damage ), and we just don't get attacked that much to need defence, period. Endure is more than enough for those rare spike cases. You don't need a tank in PVE, just like you don't need 2 monks. I'm at the point where I only play with heroes and no hench because with a full 8-man party things die faster than I can press tab-space-attack skill. Seriously, it's that easy, and not because I'm so godlike. Offence > defence in PVE, simply because the whole skill system is built that way and because of the AI. That's not to say my Koss doesn't run Watch Yourself, can't really pass up on the best and cheapest defensive skill in the game and paragon buff trigger in one package

This could probably work with an IW mesmer, though.

And Chris, warrior hate means counters to melee, not player attitude Blindness, for example.
Kosiboi, yeah, could work, but you'd get a star wars kid - a mutant with lots of meat and an imaginary lightsaber

Try using Flail and Enraging Charge on Koss. Flail's the best PvE IAS out there, and Enraging Charge is too good to pass up...

Oh I'm using the crap out of the new Strength skills now, they're incredible. [skill=text]Counterattack[/skill] - hands down best attack skill, 4s recharge, totally free (everything attacks in PVE), adren-independent and not even weapon-specific. [skill=text]Flail[/skill] is constant 1-slot IAS with a bit of speed loss, but [skill=text]Enraging Charge[/skill] mitigates that and gives adrenaline to turn Flail on right away. I play this build on my warrior too (with wild blow/distracting instead of watch yourself), and the only real problem is pushing all the skills 6-slot spam ftw, and Koss doesn't have a problem with spam
