1. Melandru's Arrows (E)
2. Apply Poison
3. Precision Shot
4. Savage Shot
5.Res Sig
6.Epidemic
7.Tiger Fury
8.Troll Unguent

Pretty simple, put on melandru's arrows and start lacing monters(preferably enchanted ones for + dmg) with arrows and use epidemic to spread the bleeding onto surrounding monsters. Apply poison to poison and use epidemic to spread it. The rest of the skills are to be used when seen fit.

Apply poison and melandru's arrow don't stak. If you want both bleeding and poison, you should bring poison arrow and barbed arrows.

Tiger Fury with 3 in BM will lasts just a few seconds and still costs you 6 energy: I would definitely replace it by another attack skill.

Epidemic has a very small range, which is why rangers generally don't use it.

Also, toxicity may be a good idea for this build...

Agreed w/ Sir Mad, but I would also suggest that Apply Poison + Hunter's Shot would be a good way to bleed and poison (although Barbed Arrows isn't as bad of an option as it used to be before NF released since they lowered the cost). Also I would suggest you leave out Precision Shot. If you want a damage attack skill, Penetrating Shot is usually your best bet. If you are going against enemies that use evasive skills, one attack skill that can not be evaded/blocked generally won't make a whole lot of a difference. If you do want a single shot attack skill, I would suggest Called Shot. It has half the cost, half the recharge and is not easily interuptable. It may not have the damage bonus, but hitting two called shots will likely do equal to greater damage than one Precision Shot and will keep your conditions applied more frequently.
