Default New Chest Run Area: Vabbi?

With Eldred being my new favorite character, I've been looking to get him Treasure Hunter for quite a while. Probably the main problem I have with him is due to him being a necro, he loses any chance of being an effective runner (N/W doesn't stop hexes, N/Mo has no running at all, N/R doesn't stop hexes or KD). After doing quests around Vabbi, I notice that chests tend to proliferatlely spawn in the explorable areas where the princes live (Haven't tested any other area, I was actually trying to get trade contacts.). After 3 hours of questing, I ran into 15 chests just by wandering and fighting to meet my quest requirements.

Now if you think about it, though it doesn't sound impressive but Vabbi areas have some of the PERFECT chest running conditions:
-Chests spawn frequently and in easy access areas.
-Area is expansive; you can easily sneak around any patrols unless a chest so happens to spawn there.
-Patrols are qute small. The largest group I have seen outside of a quest is 5 behemoths and any Wamo can easily outrun those.
-There are no cripple or mesmer snare users! Rangers focus on spiking, Mesmers focus on energy denial, and the only creature that uses a crippling skill is a Harpy (Hamstring). Deaggro never got easier!

Like I said, I've only tested the areas where the princes reside. If anyone can test this theory in other areas like the area near the Desolation borders or Chantry of Secrets that would be helpful, but this is some nice food for thought.

I dont know if this is old but the explorable area outside gate of torment is good for chest run (margonite chests), and rare skinned weapons like elemental sword have been rumored to drop there.

Similarly, areas are big, but so are the spawns. I use a spellbreaker monk with dash myself together with henchies. It was very easy. At least 3 chests per run.

I've had my Necro since i started gw (17 months) , always liked the class and the diversity it has.. I've ran chests/barrels/etc as long as i can remember with him, never had any problem with any area i wanted to run chests, Atm going as a N/A (dark escape, dash, deaths charge, return and Grenths balance) and been farmin vabbi chests and ancient chests(with wurm disguise) farming greens at the same time.

Dedicated my whole day to fighting around Vabbi for chests and the title. 6 hours, 47 chests just from fighting. Runners could abuse these area easy, just be sure to avoid the harpy warriors and the Monk boss.
