I made a couple of test last night in The Isle of the Nameless, and Wounding Strike did indeed condition everyone it hit with bleeding or deep wound, same goes for Drunken/Desperation blow.
My guess is that the scythe-attacks counts as seperate attacks on up to three targets, not as AoE, since it does different damage to all targets. Therefore the conditions dealt by the attacks applies to everyone.
With this said, I'm still not a big fan of Wounding Strike because most of the time you won't have the chance to hit multiple targets.
Also, the fact that you trigger Mystic Vigor and Vigorous spirit up to 3 times per strike makes me think you hit the opponents one time each, because the description of Mystic Vigor is: Each time you succesfully hit with an attack you gain X health
And Vigorous Spirit: Each time target ally attacks or casts a spell, that target is healed for X health.
The discription might be false from how it actually works, but if you're gonna trust it it means you have to perform three attacks to trigger Vigorous Spirit and Mystic Vigor three times.
But this is just a theory..

From my experiance, Vigorous triggers on attack - not on hit. For example, if you're blinded you will still gain the health from it. Although the healing is triggered once the attack "hits" the target.

I like Wery strike heros take my weakness off before the next hit 90% of the time and I usaly follow it with Lightbringer gaze for a nice spike combo so they have plenty of time to remove.
