NIGHTFALL ELITES: Blinding Surge & Savannah Heat
Can anyone please provide me the name of the boss and its location with directions to cap these elite skills?!?! All my resources (Wiki, Xennon) I use for elites do not have this information posted as of a few moments ago.

I found these...blinding surge only recently.
1. Blinding Surge can be obtained from Moteh Thundershooter in Wilderness of Bahdza. My location map is here - Post number 107 2. Stone Sheath can be obtained from some Mandragor boss deep in the Bahdok Caverns. I forget his name but I have a location map for him also...here...post number 83 3. As for Savannah Heat I believe that is listed here on post number 81 (top of the page). Good luck. |
