Well I figured I'd post this so others could get some use out of it.

It seems that quite a few folks tend to farm the IW Mes in the Zaishen challange for the 2k faction (per day) with some decent success but I've been recently using the following nec build (with 2 hero's) to farm the VIM trappers as quick if not quicker than the Mes.

Since there's a cap on the zaishen, you can only farm 2000 faction a day but this build does it quite quickly with matches ranging from approx. 10sec to 1min (1min or so if the VIM trappers cast healing spring early or show up in uneven spacing etc.).

I'm not going to provide the skills/equip link for the Hero Monks but I take 2 of them.

1 is heal with healing seed, healing hands, infuse health, word of comfort and rez sig. (I figured an npc infuse would be great here but getting Dunk to use infuse is seldom if ever - you have to micro him to use this effectively).

1 is prot with restore conditions, mend ailment, shielding hands and rez sig (the restore actually adds to the damage if the traps continue to activate when being cleansed of your conditions)

The nec requires 1 new nightfall skill (elite - contagion) but the rest are from the previous 2 chapters. Since some folks may not be able to load the skill bar I've posted below - here's the breakdown:

2 Curses (to reduce hp - I found 220hp the most effective. Any less and you tend to "pop" when activating too many traps at once)

Equip: Sword of enchanting with 20/20 blood offhand

Use the Fort Koga map and "plant" your hench just after the bridge so they are in cast range (make sure to set them to passive - they draw aggro more often if otherwise). Run your nec to the "corner" (pillar/post with the small bush next to it) to body block all the trappers. Cast Dark Aura/ Contagion and wait for them to start to trap. Use unholy feast (or precast healing hands/ healing seed) after the intial trapping to "save" yourself followed by signet of agony. Then spam your touches and putrid as necessary. You can often get all the trappers right at the corner (for the 10sec kill) but they do tend kite from time to time and you end up having to hunt them down (for the approx. 1min kill). At this point I use distracting blow over wildblow since I find troll more a pain in the arse than healing spring (and you can often interupt heal spring with a swing).

Basic idea is that you pass all the conditions back to the trappers with contagion which also sac's life everytime you suffer a new condition (thanks restore) which triggers Dark aura. Signet of Agony triggers this twice for a nice big dmg bonus and the two touch skills help finish up the work (putrid helps clean up too). If for some reason they scatter and you're chasing them down - I suggest you keep on 1 npc killing it repeatly until the other 3 burn their rez sigs (at least that way you ensure 1 sig is never used)

As indicated above, I've since removed the rez sig from the Nec (seeing how no one usually dies and if they do than I'm the one that tends to die/pop) and added in putrid explosion for increase AOE dmg.
