well the reason I didn't put res in was I am pretty much playing with hench and hero all the time.
Who in the right mind would invite a assasin for PVE these days...

I think it's been a lot easier to get groups in pve recently.
Once I even got a blind invite

Yeah i don't really see the point in jagged strike and palm strike and twisting fangs. First of all you don't need jagged strike in the combo and it doesn't do any extra damage it just makes them bleed which twisting already does. I'd do something like leaping mantis strike-temple strike-twisting fangs malicious strike.
You should also have rez even with henchies just in case your healers die and your other henchies used their res sig. If you want to become a better assassin i'd go with real player teams and learn how to jump in and out of combat instead of using critical defenses and blocking stuff. Just my thoughts.

good point, leaping mantis strike should be much better. The only reason i choose jagged strike before was its shorter recharge time, but come to think of it, leaping mantis should be more useful with the new AI where enemy runs away all the time now.
I understand that playing with real people is the best way to get more experience, but its just that as a sin its pretty hard to get into parties espeically when faction was first released. I had to pretty much hench all of faction and from the ways things are looking, I would have to do the same for nightfall. I have play sin long enough to know the importance of getting in and out and thats why dark escape is included in there. But with the bonus of a critical strike with malicious strike, it can help to stay in the fight a little longer with critical defense without stressing the monk out.
anyways thanks for all the input.

prodigy, you do know you can just use Palm Strike and start your combo? That's why it's elite...

thanks for letting me know. However, if you read my whole post you would have seen the part where I explain how you can use palm strike to start an alternate combo.
Gave it a try with leaping mantis strike instead last night and found that jagged strike seem to work better. the whole point of jagged strike is to start a condition and follow through with malicious strike for 2 reasons: an alternative combo while palm strike and twisitng fang is recharging, and a ensured critical strike to keep critical defense on. Leaping mantis strike gives crippling which is great, but its somewhat situational which defeats the purpose of inflicitng a condition whenever i want. This build was never really abot insane high spike damage... if i want that i would have took falling spider and horns of ox which 99% of the sin carries. I wanted to try some other alternative and aim more toward safe consistent damage with relatively low downtime.
