Default conditionspread MM

first time posting a build

Profession: N/me

Attributes:
Death Magic - 16 (12+3+1)
Soul Reaping - All remaining points

Skills:
rotting flesh
virulence
epidemic
animate vampiric horror
animate shambling horror
animate bone minions
soul feast
consume corpse
how this build works: this build is all about dealing massive damage through conditions and your undead allies

first, start off on a single target with rotting flesh, this inflicts a long lasting disease, then follow up with virulence quick, witch adds poison and weakness to the disease recently casted, creating a level 8 health degeneration and weaker hitting targets. heres were epidemic comes in, it spreads the 3 stacked conditions on one target to all enemies near by. once you have a few corpses to work with and some mana get up some minions, preferably shambling horror or vampiric horror(both are very unique and effective, one eventually causes bleeding for 30 seconds, and one leeches health when ever it hits). When your low on health cast soul feast, or if your low onhealth and energy use consume corpse to replenish lost health and energy.

*!*To save mana once you have a jagged horror(spawn of a shambling horror), use its bleeding ability to start off the epidemic chain instead of rotting flesh.

Uh, a couple things. Don't you think BotM is a MUST?! As you can't walk bloody 40 yards without something dropping. And where exactly is this to be used? AB, PVE? The theory is always great, you can disease and rape them with your army of headless chickens or dolls, but it just won't due. Rotting Flesh, plus virulence and all that other crap just drains your energy which you SHOULD be using for minions and constantly spamming them to keep near dead ones dead and new ones up. Rotting Flesh and virulence just seems repetitive and you shouldn't be counting on your disease to be killing everyone, but the minions. Theres too many corpses exploiting skills (well for me anyways) this better be a corpse heavy environment. I would probably drop consume corpse...as it would be stupid if you diseased your opponents only to teleport right next to him and disease yourself (pvp). I would go with Signet of Lost souls. Bah, theres just too much and i'm getting lazy. Telling us where this is going to be played would really help.

this build is gonna get ripped. MM without BotM = lots of flames. i will try and give some advice without shredding your build too much:

1) Dont bother with rotting flesh. the 15 energy could be better spent. bring enfeeble, only 5 energy and disease will still get spread with virulence.

2) since this build doesnt seem too interested in keeping up your minions, i would bring along death nova and taste of death. could be a decent self heal plus good for bombing your minions. id also drop vamp horrors (no BotM = no point). and with taste of death, no need for soul feast, there are better uses for a corpse.

there are other things i could suggest, but honestly ive lost interest. there are just so many better things that could be done here (full MM with AotL or OoU, full minion bomb with jagged bones). might be better off scrapping it and starting over.

Jagged bones + death nova + putrid flesh + taste of death + your favorite animate spell.

That's all you need. You can spread poison/disease/bleeding pretty fast.

if pve, then itll work about 1/3rd of the time (really well), kinda like traps, sometimes great, mostly average to entirly wasted.

i played on a condition spreading assassin build, its basicaly due to random mob spreading, stuff like that...

diesese seems to spread to players in pve now, if the bad guys are human too

the ideas good, but no rez, and no botm

In theory it sounds nice, but in reality (or GW's reality), it doesn't work.

As stated, no Blood of the Master means no way of healing your minions.

You have too many corpse using spells.

Against monsters with lots of health, health degen won't do much and your minions won't survive (as they have natural health degen).

Also, you have 3 attribute points left.

Deep wounds makes a wonderful condition to spread (phantom pain).
