Commander Kubeh
Hello. I was looking through the wiki for enemies to capture Barrage from and noticed that Commander Kubeh in Arkjok Ward is one of them. However, he appears to spawn only during the Great Escape quest and I've long since completed that. Is there any way for me to get him back and cap the skill or will I have to wait for the next boss who has it?

Team up with someone who does have that quest.
Guild/alliance mate, friend, or just spam looking for group doing that quest in sunspear sanctuary. |
