Is kepkhet's refuge good?
Hi, I wanted to know if kepkhet's refuge is good for a protection monk, I picked the staff up for about 4k.

Yes, it is a perfectly fine Prot Staff. It is only 4k because the Boss that drops it is easily solo farmed right outside Augury Rock, the cheap price doesn;t mean it sucks.
