Basically your base attack damage is a percentage stronger than it would be otherwise. It is impossible to tell how much damage you will do without knowing the enemies armor level or damage reduction buffs. I would refer you here to learn more about how damage works:

No? The most non-critical you can do is 41 dmg w/o skills or anything. So the max dmg you'd do at 41%, would be something like 60 dmg. Not counting armor redux, and stuff. It's a pretty useless skill, if you ask me, and I can't seem to get it to work in ANY builds.

Also, this should be in the dervish section. You should know this, having joined all the way back in February.

It's about as useful as Primal Rage from what I can tell.

I capped it, tried it out, and decided there are better elites.

I don't think so. I don't think Vow is great, but it rates a lot higher than Primal for me.

*It doesn't disable your entire skill bar, enabling you to do other things as needed.
*It stacks with attack speed buffs and/or movement speed buffs with it, other than "I Will Avenge You!"
*It really likes Go for the Eyes
*You can hit a 60 AL practice target for 267, I think (somewhere around there, give or take 20 damage, can't retest it at the moment and no screenshot handy), making use of it (Not particularly practical, but it's got "wow" factor)
[D/A with a Mo hero, Vow of Strength, Critical, Judge's Insight, Shadowy Burden, 16 scythe]

It's quite a bit more fun than Primal, though I still don't think I'd run it seriously anywhere.

---
Edit: Got the precise number; 240.
This is WITHOUT Sundering, as I don't even have that unlocked on Scythe mods <_<

When dealing with large numbers, it's the only time Sundering really shines; Tacking on Sundering should increase the damage very close to 300 >_>

Once again, not practical, but it's definitely got some 'oomph'.

This is defintely a ok skill for pveing if you want dish out good DPS, I know this why? Because the boss I caped this from 1 shot KOed my monk, which at first I didn't realize what was happening. Consider that my monk had 455 hp, if the boss can do that much damage and we divide it by two, we can do around 200 damage per hit too with vow of strength(againist med level foe that is, use it againist level 28 creature would be pointless).

You'll actually deal about 21-98 damage per hit, with criticals of 139.
If you have an ally toss on Judge's Insight, it shifts up to about 26-121, with criticals of 171 on 60 AL foes. (Approximated, assuming 16/15 Scythe/Earth)

Bosses often deal more than just x2 damage; Their higher levels boost up their damage even more, and grant them higher crit rates, if I recall correctly. Elementalist bosses, for instance, may deal as much as 400+ damage with Inferno.

Both? Judges is multiplicative, so even more damage from Vow. GFT=crit. Judges = constant huge damage, GFTE = not-so-much constant.

judges is easier to remove, and only effects 1 person...its also powered by energy as opposed to adren...i'd say GFTE is by far better.

Why on earth would you not want to go with both? Grab Morgahn >.<

If you're the one using it tho, I'd say go for /P and use GFTE, mainly because you get 3 adrenaline/hit (up to 6 with a furious mod) and can power it up in 2 hits. Dervish + mobs + Heart of Fury + GFTE = gee gee.
