Is Antidote Signet core? or is it only prophecies and factions. see http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Antidote_Signet cause I only have Nightfall and I can't unlock it.

Yes, I have checked and NF skill trainers offer it. You're maybe not enough advanced in the storyline to buy it. Or you've missed it...

If you haven't checked properly also on the same site, the only skill trainers that teach you that skill are only under prophecies and factions NOT nightfall
