Default W/P worth it?

So last night I got around to playing with a W/P axe build. The point of this build would be to get some good crit bombs off of Triple Chop and Cyclone Axe. The skill that lets you do this is the Paragon shout Go For the Eyes. This is what I was tinkering with:

Axe Mastery 12 +1 +1 = 14
Tactics 8 +1 = 9
Command 10

Zealous axe
Glad's armor
Tactics shield (I'm using Exalted Aegis ATM)

Skills:
[skill]Triple Chop[/skill] [skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill] [skill]"Go for the Eyes!"[/skill] [skill]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill] [skill]Dismember[/skill] [skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill] [skill]"Never Surrender!"[/skill] [Sunspear Rebirth Signet]

(I couldn't link the 8th skill because Wiki doesn't have it listed.)

Anyway, with 10 Command you can get a 60% chance to crit on your next attack. You can raise this to as high as 66% but that will lower your WYS duration to only 7 seconds and require that you get a Paragon Command shield, which aren't easy to come by.

The interesting thing is that between the adrenaline gain of Triple Chop and Cyclone Axe, GFTE recharges insanely fast. It will always be ready when it's time to use Triple or Cyclone. Unfortunately because of the nature of adrenaline attacks, you can't chain GFTE and Executioner's Strike.

Never Surrender is kind of gimpy, but I honestly couldn't think of anything else to put in there. Healing Sig would've been ok but at 9 Tactics it's pretty lacking. Paragons also get Remedy Signet, so maybe that would've been a good choice too.

So any thoughts? Is this worth the trouble at all?

I've been tinkering with a W/P build in PvE lately ... "Go for the Eyes!" is a spiffy skill, imo, but I prefer leaving it on a hero R/P (Barrage), along with "Find Their Weakness!" and "Stand Your Ground!"

You could drop "Watch Yourself!" in favour for "Stand Your Ground!" from the Command line.

I use 4 Warrior adren attacks, and then Song of Restoration, Aria of Zeal, and Zealous Anthem (I think I got the anmes right)

Works really well at 10 motiv

When PvPing, try GftE and then Critical Chop.. that's what I used when I was trying W/P. Because GftE is an adren skill, your charged adren attacks can't be used immediately, so the best bet is to use an energy based attack. Critical Chop interrupts when it hits with a critical, so it's pretty spiffy.
