If you're a warrior ranger in the first place, using apply poison, I think you should re-think your entire build.

i believe it was doing 25% dmg twice and they changed it to do full dmg and overall sword has crap for elites. Basically Hammer>Axe>Sword.

main
My main was a W/R using poison, it was a rather decent build IMO. Combine it with bleeding and you can do a decent amount of degen. I think it works very well...It is notgood against everything, but then again neither is every skill. For apply poison Hundred blades is good if you have alot on you.
as for 100 blades, it was doing 75% before, now they fixed it. I wonder if it has a certain areaof attack, meaning i never seemed to hit the people behind me like with cyclone axe. It is more useful for getting adr. then cyclone

it hits your target and foes adjacent to your target, not foes adjacent to you, meaning you'll never ever hit something behind you with it

Even thou I perfer adjacent to you rater then adjecent to your target this spell can be supior to cyclone attack if used properly, Ever notice how if u move a bit warriors that are on u move closer together when they start chasing u and that Spellcasters (Espicially in PvE) teld to stay together somewhat. Also this skill would work alsome with a sundering or a vampiric hilt and any other damage ungrader skill!

oh this is such an awesome skill! but why do we have to wait till the end to get it? if we could get it earlier it would be so much better.

this skill sucks. Sword elites suck(i think this is the only one). unless you are using a non weapon elite don't go with sword. Its not good really. Sword warriors have hit my warrior for 8 dmg twice. that is such a great elite isn't it... I think the only reason it was made elite was because combined with illlusionary weaponry it dealt out massive armor ignoring dmg

Wow, its a really good skill. Use it for 2 adreniline very quick insted of just 1. Also it can give you like 6 adreniline in 1 hit if there alot of foes near him. think of i doing 2 times the damage( best against a spell caster cause you will hit like 2 30's).
Go... Hundred blades sever artery garath slash hundred blades final thrust, quick easy and fast adrenaline.
" and if your going to use apply posion dont use this use cyclone axe because it hit every one even people behind you"

I just got this elite last night and gave it a go. At first I thought it would absolutely stink since it had to bonus damage based on skill level, but I was pleasntly surprised. It definitely generates LOTS of adrenelin. Every time I fired it off, I had enough or almost enough to bring up Bonetti's. Waited for it to charge, fired 100-blades, then Bonetti's again... My tank was untouchable by other melee's without Wild Blow.
BTW, Cyclone axe is only good vs. 2 or more creatures. Hundred-Blades can be used on a single target with even more effectiveness.

But Hundred blades wasn't. What Entropy said is that HB was made elite to prevent people from using it with IW.

I like hundred blades just fine. The only problem I have with it is the energy cost to cyclones axe. However, I won't bring it with me farming griffs until I get glads armor. (I want to use live vicariously, but until then, I use healing hands to save my ass)
