I was having trouble with the support thingy at plaync.com so i decided to post it here hopefully so someone else can tell anet.

Healer's Covenant - While you maintain this Enchantment, your healing Spells heal for 25% less Health, but cost -1...3 Energy.

EDIT - There might be some confusion on whats glitched so ill tell you. 1. Signet of Devotion is NOT a spell. 2. Signet of Devotion is NOT undder the healing prayers attribute.

Well as for #2, it actually affects all healing spells. #1 is just jacked tho O.O that sucks.

Btw that effect looks like its from the abbadon realm. Does it also effect healing too? I don't think so but if it is thats the problem

Don't worry there.
That's Dreadful Pain and it's native to the area. It happens whenever you use a skill in that realm of torment. Each realm has a debuff such as that.

It's the Healer's Covenant 25% thing on SIGNET of Devotion.

Also Healer's convenant works on most prot spells too (like RoF)...unless they fixed it, which I doubt.

It seems "Healing Spells" is not a clear implication lol, as it effects both skills not in the Healing attribute line, and skills that aren't even spells.

Yes, it reduces Signet of Rejuvenation's healing, along with other profession direct heals, such as Mend Body and Soul or Soothing Memories. Annoyingly enough, for the latter 2, it doesn't even reduce the cost to go with the healing reduction, not that you'd want to run that kind of build anyway.

Edit: Doh, didn't notice that while the cost wasn't going down, it also reduces the healing effects of Mend Condition and its kind.

Very, very annoying spell.
