"Make your time!" -- Where to get this skill?
Hiya folks, I've been wanting to try a few of the builds posted on here but for the life of me I cannot find the location of this skill. I've search, I've looked on WIKI...nadda!
(Asked in game but got the typical silence / play the game noob response) So, if anyone could help me out with the location of this skill I'd be very greatful...thanks guys! |

I think it's in the last location you can buy skills at : in the vortex.
If you want, you can unlock it with balthazar points in PvP, and then any skill trainer will sell it to you... |

That is what I have done with a couple of skills. It only costs 1,000 faction and you can get that pretty easy setting the IW mesmers on fire over in Zaishen.

Utaku means the Gate of Torment - basically, all NF non-elite skills are there. It's the equivalent of Ember Light Camp.
