Ok right firstly i wont say a build really more a few ideas
was gona say conjure build but they have been coverd,
so heres a couple of other ideas
Vigorous barrager possibly using Vigorous Spirit and/or Live Vicariously
Vigorous anything (quickshot/ needling arrow spam maybe)
These are fairly good survivors but wont get much damage out compared to a conjurer
i can't really think of any enchanted damage dealers beyond what you've mentiond
also my be good in the classic toombs b/p as orders will trigger the while enchanted
if you are enchanted alot rember that symbiosis will give a good whack of extra health

If your that desperate to show off your new Storm Bow just use an Order necro or bring a Bonder hero along.
Or better yet.. get a decent bow and try some proper builds.

Don't base your build around your weapon, base your weapon around your build.

^ I was about to say that, eh!
Concerning enchantments, since rangers don't have any, you gotta use enchantement spells from your secondary: you should check the various threads about "teh best secondary" for rangers and the discussion about the advantage / inconvenients of most of the enchantement suitable for rangers (among other things).
EDIT - I haven't tested yet (I've just capped it) but Elbon Dust Aura is maybe a skill you should consider: it costs 5 energy and 0.25 sec to cast for a deadly effect.

heehee, funny... effective, but funny
for a non elite alternative try harrier's grasp
[skill]Harrier's Grasp[/skill]
cripple any moving target , cheaper that cripshot, but can be blocked or evaded, unless you bring (in same att line)
[skill]Guiding Hands[/skill]
the advantages of using these 2 skills, is you can cripple folks WITH BARRAGE

May I ask why you didn't buy one with a more appropriate mod for a Ranger?
Thanks,

When I run a solo barrager I use a 15% while enchanted/enchants last 20% longer/5-1 vamp bow. Works real nice.
15% while enchanted inscription is not useless, however to make it worth while you really need the 20% longer grip other wise most any build you use gets tough on the energy management.
