Default Decent build needs tweaking

So i got a Me/Mo through the game and im starting to AB with it. So far I have this build:

Illusion Magic-14
Fast Casting-9 (i think)
Healing Prayers-9

Skills:
1. Crippling anguish
2. Images of Remorse
3. Clumsiness
4. Conjure Nightmare
5. Shatter Enchantment
6. Shatter Hex
7. Mantra of Persistence
8. Healing Breeze

20/20 staff
20/20 focus

I wanna know what you guys think.

And you gain nrg by simply praying to Lyssa for some purple candies? Let me rewrite the build for you:

1. Crippling anguish 15
2. Images of Remorse 5
3. Clumsiness 10
4. Conjure Nightmare 25
5. Shatter Enchantment 15
6. Shatter Hex 15
7. Mantra of Persistence 15
8. Healing Breeze 10

An Ele would sweat with so many nrg intensive skills. A Me would simply be useless for the most part, because here you got all these powerful skills but alas you can't use em because you have no nrg to!

Several suggestions:

1- Conjure Nightmare > Conjure Phantasm
2- Shatter Hex > Inspired Hex
3- Shatter Enchantment > Drain Enchantment
4- Drop Domination, move points to Inspiration
5- Healing Breeze > Ether Feast (which I personally dislike), Healing Sig (little risky if you use it while under fire), Parasitic Bond (very nice in large teams, where spamming it produces multiple constant heals, if you know how to chain it well that is)
6- Consider using Curses in a War Hate build. Always. If you drop the MoPersistence and toss in Reckless Haste, drop the hex remover and toss in Spirit of Failure, and use PB as cover, you got urself a nice combo.

Edit: Er... hold on.
20/20 staff with 20/20 offhand? What is that supposed to mean? It's either a cane and off hand or a staff... I'd take a 5^50 20 recharge Illusion cane, and +30 health 20 recharge either Illusion or Inspiration off hand. Faster speed is a waste with Me FC primary.

I don't know much about AB.

Drop Conjure Nightmare, it's what its last word means.
Drop Mantra of Persistance.
Get Distortion.
I would recommend against Healing Breeze, but whatever you want.
Shatter Hex can be replaced by Inspired Hex.
Shatter Enchantment can be replaced by Drain Enchantment.

I see energy problems. 15+5+10+25(!!!)+15+15+15+10+No energy management = No energy.

I would do:

Conjure Phantasm
Images of Remorse
Clumsiness
Drain Enchantment
Energy Drain/Mantra of Recall/Offering of Blood if you dare use it :P
Ether Feast (Don't bring in organized play)
Distortion
Resurrection Chant/Resurrection Signet/Conjure Phantasm
