Question about weapon drops
Can req 7, max damage, max mod weapons drop anymore, or are they a thing of the past?

got a max req 7 fds last night in fow, no mods so I merched it, but it proves it for me

I know that max damage req 7 can drop, but can it have max damage AND a max fixed mod also (eg. 15^50)?
