My FoW Nuker Build
Pro: E/Me
Name: Evil Fire Conjurer (Characters name)
Category: Nuker
Type: Farmer/PvE
ATT:
Fire Magic: 12+3+1 (16)
Energy Storage: 12+1 (13)
Skills:
Elemental Attunement [Elite]
Flare
Immolation
Fireball
Pheonix
Meteor Shower
Arcane Echo
Rez Sig
Use: A ele nuker build is nothing new, i know.......But I use this build when I do FoW (2 nukers, B/P, SS, healer, bonder, warrior, warrior) And if i dont get stuck with 'noobs' (harsh word, not a insult btw) we can clear out the whole thing, skipping forest sometimes. blah blah, fow, nuker nothing new,but i spent time posting this so u will read Start off with elemental att. and have warriors agro, spam your fb, pheonix, imm. and flar, save your nuking or your double nuking, for big groups or to save the monks or whatever. stay in the back, you got no healing (thats what the monks r for) so try to stay clear of the meanies. Use this build all the time and never have trouble, if you know what your doing.
Concerns: no healing so make sure your monks r handy, stay back and fire away and you will be fine and brg down any meanie that tries to mess with u and ur buddies.
Credit: Me, X Arian Khorne X, Evil Fire Conjurer, Thnx for your time.

Thankgod... i almost thought you were gonna include Conjure Flame...
It started good on Elemental Attunement... but Flare quickly drops it. A 'nuker' has no need for flare, flare is for constant DPS, not nuking. Pheonix is only useful if your up close... something an ele shouldn't be in FoW. Sub Flare for Fire Attunement and maybe Pheonix for Rodgorts Invocation and your on the way to nuking.

heres my fow nuker build
Me/e (quite deceptive in pvp also)
fastcast 15
fire 12
rest inspiration
mantra of recovery
meteor storm
rodgerts invocation
fireball
meteor
fire atunement
glyph of lesser energy
rez
with recovery, i not only become a fastcast, but a fast recharge too. with only 50 energy (with a +5 fire wand and an illyanas mirrior) i have to use glyph b4 25e skills, but the fastcasting is worth the sacrifice. this also works in pvp too. most people think im just a mesmer, so they dont care. before they know im a nuker, they are getting rained on by meteors. in alliance battles i replace rez with energy tap.

I think u got pheonix mixed up with inferno, pheonix flies out and splashes, inferno does adjacent foes, and on the flare part, thnx i might add that in and try it out, better energy manage, i like it. just for the record i dont stay up close in fow...incase you were wondering.

If you are not up close with Pheonix, you are only using half the skill's potential. Phoenix has high energy, cast time and recharge because of the double hit, one at your location, one at the target's location. Esentially you are spending time and energy for damage that never happens.

Few things:
You're bringing Elemental Attunement in an area with tons of mesmers - with no cover enchant.
You're bringing two single-target spells (one being very weak), why not beef up the aoe's since everything clumps into groups? How about Rodgort's Invocation (a good replacement for Phoenix)? Incindiary Bonds?
Have you tried Glyph of Renewal? Then you don't have to save your big nuking for large groups, can you Meteor Storm whoever you want whenever you want.
Here's mine:
Glyph of Renewal
Meteor Shower
Rodgort's Invocation
Incindiary Bonds
Bed of Coals
Fire Attunement
Serpent's Quickness

just to let you know
i dont know if this was around when it was intially wrote by the writter but "saering heat" is no longer that useful as it causes enemies to flee from the attacks location and for those who want to use double attune u could always bring aura of restoration but it does take up space and thus damage potential,...why i say bring aura is due to the fact that there are tons of mesmers in fow and aura can be used as a "cover enchantment" to protect tose more vital enchantments and i have found that often there are some cases where (and i dont blame the monks) you just dont recieve healing,,in those cases a energy storage at 15 puts aura of restoration at 400% the energy cost which means a quick rodgarts heals u 100 hp but in the end it comes down to what you feel comfortable playing with,..

This is the build I use.
Elementalist/Mesmer
Meteor (Can be replaced with something more usefull or you prefer.)
Arcane Echo
Meteor Shower
Incendiary Bonds
Rodgort’s Invocation
Fire Attunement
Elemental Attunement
Rezurection Signet
Fire Magic: 12+3+1
Energy Storage: 12+1
I think it's pretty much common sense how to use it.
Cast Fire/Elemental Attunement and nuke spells/echo.
And of course to cast Ressurection Signet when you need to.

Try my Enchantless Nuker build, http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/E/Me_Enchantless_Nuker
With no enchants (cept one that lasts like 6 sec max), you can self heal, renewal nuke, keep up high energy and not be interupted. I havent been to FoW, just Smite runs with my ele, but if interupting isnt a problem switch it for something more useful, i have no idea what tho, cuz ive never been there.
(and if you want an added bonus it interupts too, only once tho)

That looks like a decent build except for the lack of rez and not many offensive spells and it is pretty hard to fit in a rez. The Glyph and Rotgorts are on 15 second timers and Fireball 7 seconds so that's a lot of waiting around for a spell to become available.
