"Pure White" Enchanter's Armor
OK a friend of mine told me about how she saw a female mesmer with "pure white" enchanters armor. It didnt have the silverish tinge that alot of white armors have it was supposedly BRIGHT white. When she tried typical Y+S+S+S it had a really gray tone to it.
Having a mesmer myself Ive been scouring the net for the combo, and have heard other rumors about it, but so far nobody has produced any formulas.
Does anybody know the dye combo that when applied to enchanters armor produces a bright "pure white" color to it?

I treid to get my 15k enchanter's to "pure white", but the best i got was a light ivory color. I used S+Y+S+Dye Remove, in case you were wondering. Male mes by the way also...

Im having a problem with this as well
The "standard" is usually YSSS but that doesn't really work well. Its more of a light gray. I can post a pic of my new mes wearing these colors after work (Its Female Mes, wearing 15K Rogues).
It doesn't look "Bad" just wasn't exactly what I was going for.
I haven't tried BaconSoda's suggestion but I think I will and see how it turns out. Can you post a pic mate? That would be very helpful I think!
EDIT:
I actually had a pic on my PC already
Enjoy! She's only Lvl 10 at the moment but Im quickly getting her to 20 via easy power leveling in Cantha so she can go smashy smashy in PVP

White
There is simply no white formular , yet. YSSS or even DrSSS (Dr = Dye Remover) get you a ivory/greyish colour. The rumour about a white mesmer is true. I have the white mesmer myself. It is greyish, but when other players click on me, I will light up and they'll see it as white.

What combo do you use to simply get Ivory?
Because as you can see in my pic posted above... YSSS is far from any sort of white.... even Ivory.
Is it just Rogues that there is a problem with, or is it Mesmer armor in general?
I've love to see some other bright color combinations for my Mes... Black is just so plain, not a huge fan. Although I may dye the gloves or something black but thats about it.

Rogue's armor is leather, so dyes affect it differently. Same with mesmer Tyrian armor. The material makes the dye come out more dull.

It's Also depending on skin tone, the darker the skin, the lighter the armor seems to be. This is the "whitest" you're going to get with the dye choices. I wonder why white wasn't made...
I made a dark skinned PvP only mesmer, and it seemed to look better there, but still with a yellowish tint.

In some locations the lighting can make it look whiter. That's probably what happened in this case.
