I'd say there are more useful elites than Defy Pain for PvP. Maybe a Sword attack?

Healing Breeze + PvP = Huge Fail
Endure Pain + PvP = Huge Fail
Defy Pain +PvP = Huge Fail
I'm assuming you're using this for stuff like Alliance Battles, Fort Aspenwood, RA.
16 points into your weapon works best.
Strength is overrated.
Dragon Slash is a much better elite.
Sprint or Rush is good for PvP especially on a large map.
Swap to Elementalist secondary and bring shock or something. Or just don't use your secondary.

I dont want to say this but mending is a better choice than healing breeze
Also, the best way to use defy pain is to combo it with endure but i dunno if you can do that...

You probably could, but it is a waste of both Ardrenaline and an elite slot.

Not exactly, it can be incredibly useful in GVG to allow your warriors to overextend.

Possibly, but it's been awhile since I've done any GvG. But from when I see Endure Pain I always see it end in tears.

Your build is horrible, no offense intended.
Warriors deal damage in PvP. They do not tank. Replace every self-survival skill on your bar, except maybe Healing Signet, including Riposte and Deadly Riposte. Run 16 Swordsmanship. Run Frenzy, and a cancel stance. Run some kind of movement buff. Run Sever/Gash/Final Thrust.
By your lack of a Resurrection Signet, I expect you're using this build in Alliance Battles. If so, I'd just run somthing like the "Final Master" pre-made.
Oh, and since you deal damage, do not c+spacebar onto the nearest target, select a lower armored target such as a Ranger, Necromancer, Mesmer, or Ritualist to beat upon, this will force them to kite, or take alot of damage, meaning they have to balance staying alive versus doing their job. Don't attack non-smiting Monks, unless they're very poor monks, their team is near the breaking point, or you're going to spike them.
Oh, and if the target is constantly blocking/evading you, most of the time you want to change targets.
Edit:
Oh, and if they have "Distortion" on their skill bar, don't try to spike them. It will end poorly for you 99% of the time.

I hope you're not trying to do any type of HA/GvG/TA with a build like this.
Pretty much, using Defy Pain + Healing Breeze + Ripostes + Endure Pain and expecting to do well in most forms of PvP is idiotic.
I would recommend, seeing as you should have good monks, bring frenzy, cancel stance beit sprint or rush, dragon slash as your elite, galrath slash or silvering slash, and a res sig.
Should look something like this:
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Dragon Slash [E]
Frenzy
Sprint/Rush
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet
Swordsmanship: 12+1+3
Strength: 8+1
Tactics: 10+1
Spam your adrenaline skills, use Frenzy, but when you come under pressure use your cancel stance. Heal sig when you're not under pressure, and looking for a quick boost in health. Res sig for well...a res.
Good luck!

This build would get laughed at in PvP, sorry. Your worrying too much about defence, and barely any offence. Ripostes in PvP suck, wow, you do a little damage to attacking warriors/assassins. Nothing one heal cant fix. If your using sever+gash, might as well add final. Healing breeze = food for mesmers. Defy pain + endure pain = lol skills in pvp. If your monks die your not screwed, just rez them. Something you should also add. Your swordsmanship is half of what it should be. Your strength is way too much. Basically, what im saying is if you plan on PvPing with this please stay in RA. This looks much more like a solo build. Before making builds, try to learn some basics also.
