Question ideas for the Conditions spammer spreader

This build is nothing new but I want some discussion and ideas on the way it does work.

I was thinking of using :
1- Sig of Agony (for self imposed bleeding)
2- fragility on target
3- plague sending
4- Virulence
5- epidemic for spreading
6- not thought that far
7- see 6
8- res or wateva

The last three could be for self heals or further damage. The attributes would be death biased with enough in Illusion for the amount prefered.

Equipment could be 10/10 staff or sword with energy and favourite condition lengthener and off had with 10/10 or 20/20 or 20/+1

I am aware it is very close to already posted builds, but I am keen to learn about its pve and pvp effectiveness. Ideas for the extra skills and experiences people have had would be great.

This is my first post regarding a build so be gentle.

Please don't take this as a bash to your almost complete build.

Illusion Magic - Fragility
Death Magic - Virulence
Blood Magic - Signet of Agony

Plague Sending and Empidemic are basically 0 attribute points (Epidemic is associated with 0 attributes, while Plague Sending is part of curse, but you only need 0 points to make it work).

With 3 attributes already and Soul Reaping still available, you are spreading your attributes too thin. With no healing, you lose 20% of max life and suffer bleeding for about 2 seconds.

Now, lets assume that Signet of Agony's main and only purpose is to bleed, so the damage inflicted doesn't matter. So that would mean 0 points into Blood magic, which is fine then.

In PvE, this is very effective against anything that bleeds. Monsters that have "no flesh", this becomes utterly useless, as all conditions but weakness will affect monsters (but you need a condition first to inflict Virulence).

Unfotunately, monsters don't always stay near each other often, so epidemic can be used speratically at best.

From what I've heard about PvP (as I don't play that), disease can affect you and your group (coming in contact with the opposing side). This doesn't happen in PvE though.

Also in PvP, monks and ritualists can easily stop the spread of bleeding and any other conditions you inflict with ease. That and the fact that people are smarter (tend to be anyway) and will not bunch up together.

These are just points of concerns, and remember, you do need self-heals.

I like it. I'd use Phantom Pain + Shatter Delusions for the deep wound instead of the Barbed Sig + Plague Sending. Don't need any points in Domination (don't need any points in Blood, either).

Epidemic's one of my favorite skills in PvE. It usually always finds its way onto most my characters.
