if your guild has a guild hall, anytime in post-searing, the skill trainer in the guild hall will give you SoC. But I don't think there are any bosses with worthwhile skills that early.

really? i thought every skill (including SoC) became 1 plat after a while? if i remember right, they are definitely 1k, unless you buy them in tyria? (i buy them from kaineng center, no real reason, i just do) i know you can get a couple of SoC's from quests, but i didn't know you could buy em cheaper
