Default Critique my Random Arena build

I use this for monks mostly, but anything with an enchantment will do nicely as well.

Expertise: 13
Wilderness Survival: 12
Marksmanship: 13

Mealandru's Arrows (E)
Penetrating Attack
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
Favorable Winds (this space pretty much open)
Whirling Defense
Troll Unguent
Res Sig

actually wouldn't mind a suggestion to replace FW with.

(edit) Since the preview event i have changed my build to:

Apply Poison
Pin Down
Hunter's Shot or Screaming Shot
Burning Arrow (E)
FW or Lightning Reflexes or Distracting Shot (I would use Toxicity but i don't have enough att points to make it viable)
Whirling Defense
Troll Unguent
Res Sig

I will be returning to my old buiild after the weekend though. comments and suggestions are appreciated.

I'm guessing from the amount of respones (0) everyone is having a lot of fun running these builds and as such I can only conclude that it is "Uber".

I'd drop pen shot for deb shot if your looking to focus on casters.

They Both look solid. I'd make Distracting Shot firm rather than optional in the second build. I'm a little wary of Pin Down, but there are so many griefers in RA that it'll be useful. Your target will almost always be moving, so Hunter's is probally better than screaming shot. And truth be told, I dont' think Troll is very effective in RA or TA. Having to stop for three seconds straight is a killer to your momentum, and alot of the time isn't quick enough to save you.

Pin Down stays. For Random Arenas it is a must when there are Touch Rangers, Dervish, and Warriors bugging me or the Monk. Hunter's is what i used before I unlocked Screaming Shot. The problem with Hunter's is that I can't control when the target moves but with Screaming I can always get a bit closer. As for the Troll, I just don't have any other "good" self heals but when I go pure Interrupt I bring the following:

RtW
Distracting
Savage
Concussion
Debilitating
Whirling
Melandru's Resilience (E) energy management too, but i have to be hexed or conditioned
Res Sig

Thanks for the suggestions
