I use this for AB (obviously switching out sig) or for RA. It works nicely in PvE too, though I would much prefer a good ole fire nuker for PvE.

I think he means there are no specific runes, so you can put any you want - minor, major, or superior.

Anyway, do PvP builds work well in PvE? I've seen a group IWAY Glint but some people can solo him so it's not that big of a deal.

To get the most out of your skills of choice, bring blood all the way up to 12 and rune the rest of your elementalist attributes. I can see a lot of exhaustion coming from Obsidian Flame. If you limit to using this once every 28 seconds or so, you should be fine.

That method will keep you in constant exhaustion (-10 energy) but Glyph of Energy won't fit well into a build such as this.

Get Obsflame out, Stone Daggers out, and drop two wards in. Also, I think Ether Prodigy would be better as EManagement. But that's just me.

A spike goes like... long cast skill, fast cast skill. If you do Shadow Strike + Obs Flame that's total of 4 cast with .75 pause inbetween- hardly a spike. It should be like: 2 cast, 1 cast, 1 cast kinda rythm. Like... L Orb, M Shock, L Strike- that's a good spike. And yea, 1s does make a difference. 1s more means the Mo can react to the spiking.

I run OoB, life siphon, lifebane strike, vampiric gaze, strip enchant, stoning, ob flame, blood renewal. Basically just ABing with it, but can take on a war or sin 1v1. With energy storage at 10 and OoB, I can put out 2 or 3 ob flames while spamming stoning and vamp gaze once they recharge.
