Im thinking of doing this but Im not a pro. Im going for puuuuuuuure damage on this build. Some skills I woulld like are

[Expertise 10, +3 Rune, +1 Hat
Marksmanship 11, +1 Rune
Beastmastery 1, +1 Rune
Air Magic 10]--------------> What does that mean?

Penetrating Attack
Hunter's Shot
Punishing Shot
Pin Down
Read the Wind
Favorable Winds
Tiger's Fury
Conjure Lightning

Can anyone suggest any other skills that would provide me with dishing out the most dps I can, while not running out of energy?

EDIT: Is this good or not because I am a complete nooooooob.

Well if you goin wiht elementalist as a secondayr build, why not go with some fire spells like fire ball or fire storm

Check out the "Shock Sniper" in the rangers basic thread, and consider doing that, but changing the lightning skills to fire skills. You'll do much more damage than with this build.
