What are you wanting to do with this build? Fight Monsters or Players?
If your answer is Players, I suggest rethinking your build.
Secondly... am I missing something? Fire Magic, supposedly @ 21... and Energy Storage supposedly @ 17? Explain how you are getting this numbers.

I used the calculator, and yes this is for fighting Players.
Was looking for Maximum AoE

You're attribute levels are a little off- there is no way to reach 21 Fire Magic or 17 Energy Storage. You've got your attribute levels correct in the 12/10/8 setup, but I'm not sure where you're thinking you can get +9 Fire Magic and +7 Energy Storage from. The only way to boost your attributes are via headgear and runes, making a maxumum of +4 in one attribute(headgear and a superior rune), and all other attributes can only be at +3. You can only use one rune for each attribute, so you can't stack runes to give a bigger bonus to an attribute.
You can use a weapon that gives a 20% chance of giving +1 to your Fire Magic when you cast spells, and if you put in Glyph of Elemental power, you could possibly cast Fire Magic spells at a 19 attribute level- if you use the Glyph and get the 20% chance on your weapon to trigger.

Calculator or not, it can't be done in game, as far as anyone that I know can tell.
But other than that... I don't think you'll have too much fun with this build, even in PvE... there's a lot of time spent casting. 5 seconds on Rogorts... 3 seconds on most other things. These are also energy hungry spells... I think you'll find yourself spending a lot of time firing with your wand.
This is what I ran, last time I tried a fire elementalist for PvE... Immolate, Fireball, Phoenix, Conjure Flame (w/ a fire wand), Glyph of Lesser Energy, and Firestorm. I was a Mesmer secondary, so I also ran Energy Drain (elite) and Ether Feast... It worked pretty well.
Ether Feast kept me alive... Energy Drain & Glyph of Lesser Energy gave me enough energy to work with as well. Immolate is a decent attack skill that gives you something worth doing when you're not casting your big spells like Firestorm.
Often, I wouldn't even use Firestorm or Phoenix until I could hit a group of 2+ enemies at once... then I'd chain all 3 together... But while they were recharging, I also had Immolate to play with and/or Conjure Flame if I needed something else to do. All the while, I would heal myself if I had to with Ether Feast, and try to keep my energy pool up by using Energy Drain or Glyph of Lesser Energy (before casting a costly spell).
Just something to think about.
